The honeycomb reading Allah, just like the picture of Jesus on the wooded door and the above examples is a fluke, if genuine. This is not a complicated pattern, especially when the photograph is conveniently cut in the right place in its right border, so we cannot see whether the alif of Allah is really an alif or something else . However you can make insects form almost any shape for you if you treat the honeycomb with sugar or other nutrients so one part of it develop faster than the other. The insects mostly concentrate where the food is and hence cover the letters. You don't need to be a god to make such miracles.
